This is just a reminder that Trinity is hosting an informal Committee Conference tomorrow at 6pm to officially “launch” of all of our fabulous new committees. We hope that you will be able to be here so that we can all feel the amazing energy and enthusiasm for this opportunity that each of you bring with you.

We will be doing a demo of the online discussion forum that our amazing Mark Boyden put together for us in an extremely short amount of time.  Note that it doesn’t look exactly like it will look once we officially launch our brand new website, but it will be a part of that site and its basic functionality will be the same.  We hope that this forum will facilitate communication and help the transition take place as smoothly as possible.

Many of you have signed up for multiple committees. Many of you have not yet committed to a committee, but are interested in being a part of the transition.  We suggest that for this first meeting you choose the committee about which you feel most passionate, or which you think needs the most help, and join that group for a discussion. You will be able to participate in as many committees as you can handle, especially if we are all able to keep the online forum active and updated!
By the way – the Preschool, Landscaping, Advertising, and Outreach to HP UMC committees could all use some more hearts and minds interested in helping us transition to our new home. Please see the attached Excel document to check and see which committees you are on.
