We are in need of regular volunteers to help with the weekly tasks involved in preparing for Sundays.  Tasks include:

• Addressing and mailing prayer cards for previous Sunday’s prayers (Wednesdays, can be picked up and done at home)
• Updating bulletins with new info for Sunday (Thursdays/Fridays, can be done from home, requires training)
• Folding/stuffing bulletins (Fridays or Saturdays, can be picked up and taken home and returned on Sunday)
• Checking/restocking sanctuary supplies (Any day of the week)

For planning purposes we need volunteers who can commit on a regular basis rather at this time.  If I have multiple volunteers for a given task I can create a rotation schedule.  Contact Amy at mail@trinitychurchofaustin.org if you can help!
