Total Body Blast: Donation-Based Community Fitness Program at Trinity

  • All proceeds from the first class of each month go to support programs at Trinity!

Come join Kaitlyn Jolly, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, for an action packed fitness class designed to include and challenge people of all fitness levels and abilities. Using circuit and interval formats, students will get the maximum benefits of doing strength exercises while in a cardiovascular zone. Come get a great workout while learning proper technique and exercise principles that will help you on the road to wellness.

  • Free weights, kettle bells, jump ropes and body weight exercises will be used.
  • Bring a mat if you have one.
  • Please wear sneakers and comfortable workout attire.
  • $10-15 suggested donation.
