Zumba® fitness classes to be offered at Trinity, starting October 1

Ditch the workout and join the party! Dance your way to better health with Zumba®, the fitness program designed for everyone… people of every shape, every age, and every level.  Based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do, Zumba® combines high-energy rhythms from Latin America and beyond with easy-to-follow movements. Burn calories, energize your body, and lift your spirits while achieving short and long-term health benefits. Zumba® fitness classes are taught by certified Zumba® instructor Rebekah Fowler.

Classes will be held in the Community Hall on Saturdays from 10 to 11 am, starting October 1.

  • Where: Community Hall, Trinity United Methodist Church, 4001 Speedway
  • When: Saturdays, 10-11 am.
  • Cost: $10 per class or $70 for a 10-class card. First class is free!

Please wear sneakers and comfortable workout attire.
Proceeds from the first class of each month go toward supporting programs at Trinity.
