The Spanish Conversation Group meets in the library (upstairs) at 10:30, during Sunday School (at 9:30 on 11/27, due to combined services). Usually we have two groups: beginners and intermediate speakers. The intermediate speakers will be reading the legend of La Llorona (“weeping woman”) 11/20 and discussing, in Spanish, interpretations on the following Sunday(s). Join us to delve into this fascinating tragic myth and its role in Mexican culture and history.
All are welcome; regular attendance not required.
