If you are interested in helping make our 20th anniversary as a Reconciling Congregation a great success, please join us for an initial planning meeting on Sunday, July 22nd at 9:45 am.  We’ll meet in the Conference Room (near the kitchen) and spend about 30 minutes organizing and setting tasks for ourselves.  Our most immediate needs:

• Finding a caterer.
• Creating a publicity plan and generating material.
• Determining what item we will have as a take-home memento for each attendee.  Our current thought is to provide each person with a rainbow stole.

Any preliminary research/ideas you can bring to the table on the 22nd would be great!  If you are unable to attend, but have helpful information on any of the above topics, please email Amy at info@trinitychurchofaustin.org.  All are welcome!
