Conflict Resolution for You and Your Computer :-)

As you may have already heard, we are launching a new online community here at Trinity called The City.  The City is a place where you can interact with other Trinity members, find out what is going on in our community, post and respond to needs, and find and join various groups. We are very excited about this new tool, and believe that it is going to help us become more connected with one another here at Trinity.

If you are involved in a small group, you should see an invitation to join The City in your inbox soon.  If you don’t see an invitation, no worries!  We’ll be helping folks get signed on over the next few weeks.

Are you technically challenged? No worries! The Welcoming Team wants to help.  Join us at 6 pm on Thursdays in September and we’ll help you and your computer get on friendlier terms.  Our goal is to to help you remove any barriers that might prevent you from using The City and/or from having a great experience when you do.  Just RSVP to info@trinitychurchofaustin.org to let us know what Thursday(s) you’d like to stop by and what electronic conflicts you and your computer are having, and we’ll be prepared to help you leave all virtual smiles and hugs. :-)  We can help with things like general computer literacy, setting up an email address, terminology, minor electronic gremlins, and getting signed up for and using The City.

If you and your computer get along well, but you’d like a more personal introduction to The City, or are a group leader ready to get your group going, this is a great time for us to help you with that, as well.  We’ll see you there!
