The mind-body is a sacred garment for the indwelling spirit. In stress of daily living it can suffer a good deal of wear and tear. Manu designs a yoga session specially for you depending on your fitness level, any injuries or illnesses, and your goals. Using the principles of flow, alignment and breath, Manu weaves together an enriching experience of peace and wellness.
Manu has a masters degree in philosophy and a degree in Bhakti Sadacara (Yoga of Devotion) and has lived in temples across Southeast Asia. He is registered with the Yoga Alliance and has undergone more than 300 hours of Yoga Teachers Training. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than a decade.
