MAC Orchestra’s “Movie Music in the Park” at Mueller Park
Famous Movie Soundtracks Performed Live in the Park
Back for its 4th successful year… Inconceivable!!
The McCallum Fine Arts Academy’s award-winning orchestra presents “Movie Music In The Park”. This year the Orchestra has teamed up with McCallum’s Media Technologies Department to create another action-filled movie montage of our favorite classics. The McCallum Orchestra will play live arrangements of the film soundtracks, while we watch highlights on a giant screen. Following this will be a feature presentation of the cult classic “A Princess Bride” (rated PG). This event will be family-friendly and will take place at Mueller Lake Park Amphitheatre on Oct 19th at 6:30pm. The event is free but donations to benefit the Orchestra program are strongly encouraged. Food and drink will be available for purchase and provided by MMMpanadas and Papa Johns Pizza. Bring your blanket, flashlights, and the whole family out to support this great program.
