The Ginger Armadillo, a food truck owned and operated by Austin local, “Chef Jen”, will be in Trinity’s parking lot this Sunday, April 12th at 9 am! Come a little early and stop by the truck to get your brunch on. :-) Chef Jen will be here on the 2nd Sunday of every month moving forward, so if you miss her this time you can always catch her next month.
