Hi everyone! For the summer mission week, the youth will be helping the organization known as Caritas here in Austin. We have been asked to collect items in order to put together Hygiene Kits, of which they are in great need of this summer. Therefore, for the next few weeks until Sunday July 27th, we will be asking for the church’s help in collecting the items needed for the kits. There will be a box for donations placed in the hallway right outside the sanctuary.
The following list consists of the items usually included in the Hygiene Kits. Please feel free to provide as many of these items you are willingly to donate. All donations will be highly appreciated.
Hygiene Kit Items:
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Deodorant stick
Small bottle of shampoo
Small bottle of hand sanitizer
Pair of socks
Sunscreen
Wash cloth
Comb
Mini first aid kit/band-aids
Chapstick
Wet wipes/moist towelettes
