When our minds are awake and our hearts are open, we naturally see clearly and respond with love, compassion, joy and equanimity. Since we are not always open, we can benefit by cultivating our natural wakefulness and bring forward the wisdom and beautiful qualities that are our birthright.

During this retreat sitting and walking in silence, we will cultivate loving attention to our moment to moment experience, learning to meet what arises with understanding and acceptance.
