Embarking on the path of Dharma practice gives us access to a different way of living. Come learn about what can develop from sincere and dedicated engagement with this powerful discipline. We will examine where we usually seek refuge and safety, and what might be reliable and realistic havens for this in the world.

Anushka teaches meditation retreats and workshops around the country and has trained for 25 years in the Theravada tradition in the U.S., India and Sri Lanka. Anushka is on the Teacher’s Council at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and hosts a weekly meditation group in San Francisco, Monday Night Dharma. Her teaching is informed by creative arts, nature, political engagement, and modern urban life. Anushka also works as an leadership coach and management consultant, influenced by a BA in anthropology and religion from Harvard University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
