Class we had a great discussion about Austin Interfaith on Sunday featuring Kathleen Davis and Kurt. Good participation. Five Trinity People were part of their Assembly with County Sheriff’s candidates Monday night!
This week we will begin discussing Sanctuary by looking at 2 short articles. One introduces an extensive study by Grassroots Leadership of for-profit family detention. The other report on First Unitarian Universalist’s experience last summer providing sanctuary for a Guatamalan lesbian seeking asylum. Hope you have a good week. Grace, Deana
