Sunday, December 1 through Sunday, December 22:
A New Advent Sermon Series, “Joyful Is the Dark”
The soul alone among all creatures
Is generative like God is.
Because this Word is a hidden Word
it comes in the darkness of the night.
To enter this darkness put away
all voices and sounds,
all images and likenesses.
–Meister Eckhart
Join us this Advent to explore the nurturing power of darkness.

Christmas can be a painful time for some. We long for the space and time to acknowledge our sadness and concern, and to know that we are not alone. You are invited to come join with us in sharing prayers and music acknowledging that God’s presence is for those who mourn, and that God comes to shine light into our darkness. Everyone is welcome. Activity bags will be provided for children in worship; to request childcare, e-mail children@trinitychurchofaustin by 12/14.
Christmas Eve Services: Monday, December 24, 5:30pm & 7:30pm
Join us for a special children-focused service at 5:30pm with an appearance by folk singer Ed Miller or a candlelight service with special music by harpist Thomas “Doc” Grauzer at 7:30pm. Nursery care is provided as well as activity bags for children in worship.
The church office will be closed December 25 through January 1. Happy New Year!
