Hi, I’m Meg! I’m the Children’s Programming Coordinator – creating and facilitating the craft projects each week. I’m originally from Indianapolis, IN and moved to Austin in 2012. I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2008 with a degree in art, and I love sharing my knowledge and experience with the kids here. During the day, I am an office manager for an architecture firm, but long term, I hope to go to grad school for art therapy. My other interests include comics, video games, and Dungeons & Dragons.
Hello! My name is Erika. I’m originally from Georgetown, but I have been living in Austin for almost ten years! My day job is at a local non-profit which provides guidance for high school and college students through the college process. My night job is going to trivia with friends and making punny jokes!
Hi, my name is Lexie. I am currently in graduate school pursuing a MSW degree. I also work at Helping Hand Home for Children, and I am a nanny. If I’m not doing school work or working, I enjoy playing with my dog Kodak, trying new restaurants, or watching movies at home. A fun fact about me is that I was born in Germany!
Hey everyone, my name is Nakyshia. I’m from Wichita, Kansas. I moved to Austin for college where I am studying Environmental Studies. In my free time I love to hike, paint, read, and meditate.
I’m Silvia! I’m from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I received my BS in Speech and Hearing Science & my BA in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I’m currently pursuing a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at UT. My favorite things about Austin are not shoveling snow in the winter, attending concerts, and hiking/camping as much as possible.
I’m Willa, a graduate student at The University of Texas at Austin in the Speech-Language Pathology program. I also have a degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR. In my free time, I like to read and play the trombone.
